Cancellation policy.

We understand that plans change. This policy helps us respect your needs and the appointment time reserved for you.

Cancellation within 48 hours

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not attend, the $50 deposit is forfeited.
  • The forfeited deposit may be used as a credit when rescheduling your next thermography session.

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance

  • No cancellation fee is applied when notice is received more than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • You may request a refund or apply the deposit toward a rescheduled appointment.

There are no additional cancellation fees beyond the $50 deposit described above.
