Every LiveWell session includes more than image capture. Your thermal images and relevant intake information move through a professional interpretation process, then return as a digital report you can keep and discuss with a licensed healthcare provider.
From image capture to completed report.
- Olivia checks the image set. The required standardized views are confirmed before your appointment ends.
- The case is submitted securely. Images and relevant history go through the Breast Thermography International reporting network.
- Three-level review takes place. Three PACT-certified interpreters participate, with a senior interpreter completing the final review.
- Your report is returned. Most completed reports are available within 3–7 business days.
- You receive a consultation. A qualified thermology professional spends 15 minutes walking through the report and answering questions about its language.
What the report includes.
- The thermal images captured for the session you selected.
- Relevant health-history context submitted with the case.
- Professional observations about surface-temperature patterns and asymmetries.
- Impressions and recommendations from the interpretation process.
The report can help document a thermal baseline and identify patterns that may merit discussion or follow-up. It does not turn a temperature pattern into a medical diagnosis.
What to ask during the consultation.
- Which observations are most important for me to understand?
- Does the report recommend a timeframe for follow-up?
- Which parts should I specifically discuss with my healthcare provider?
- Would a future thermography comparison require the same session coverage?
The consultation explains the thermography report. It is not a medical appointment and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or screening guidance from a licensed clinician.
Sharing and saving your report.
Keep the original digital file so future images can be compared with the correct history and session scope. If you share it with a healthcare provider, send the complete report rather than a cropped thermal image so the observations and limitations remain attached.
Frequently asked report questions.
How soon will I receive the report?
Most reports are returned within 3–7 business days. Olivia will let you know if a holiday, requested records, or another circumstance changes the expected timing.
Who reviews the images?
LiveWell submits cases through the BTI network. Three PACT-certified interpreters participate in the review, with a senior interpreter completing the final assessment.
Is the consultation included?
Yes. Every breast, torso, and full-body session includes a 15-minute results consultation with a qualified thermology professional.
Can the report diagnose cancer or another condition?
No. It documents and interprets surface-temperature patterns. Diagnosis and medical follow-up belong with an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
Reporting is included with every session.
