This notice explains how information may be handled when you visit the LiveWell Thermography website or continue to our scheduling provider.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions with appointment, phone, email, and directions links.
We have disabled Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in our website configuration. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, intake-form answers, or medical information from this website to Google Analytics.
Scheduling and forms
Online appointment scheduling is provided by Acuity Scheduling. When you follow a scheduling link, the information you submit is handled through Acuity and according to the privacy and account settings that apply to our scheduling service. The website may record that a scheduling link was selected, while Acuity may report that a booking was completed.
Contacting us
If you call or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your question or appointment request. Please do not send sensitive medical information by ordinary email.
Callback requests
When you request a call, your name, phone number, preferred time, and optional email address are sent to LiveWell’s email inbox so Olivia can respond. This is a general contact form, not a medical intake form. Please do not include medical history or other sensitive health information. We do not use a callback request as consent for marketing messages.
The form uses a temporary security cookie and short-lived rate-limit counters on our hosting account to reduce abuse. The website does not keep a separate database of callback details. Our inbox retains the request so we can respond and handle follow-up. You can contact us to ask about your information.
Analytics may record that a callback request was sent, but the event does not include your name, phone number, email address, or preferred callback time.
Your choices
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
